Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and marketing strategies in Cardio-Neuropsychic divisions divisions for retail, hospital, and pharmacy business segments.
  • Lead brand building initiatives to enhance market presence and product visibility.
  • Manage new product launches and develop product portfolios, focusing on cardiovascular and cardio-neuropsychic products.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand building and product portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or MBA-Marketing

Other qualifications:

·      A minimum 15-20 year of work experience predominantly in the Cardio & Diabetic segment.

·      Preference would be given, to who has worked for a minimum of 5-6 years big based in Jakarta or Manila.

·      Handling large scale field staff 200 plus of filed staff to drive the Business divisions.
