SALES & MARKETING HEAD

Location: Boracay Island, Philippines

Position: Sales & Marketing Head

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and innovative Sales & Marketing Head to lead our hotel's business growth in one of the world's most beautiful destinations – Boracay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales & marketing team to maximize market reach and brand visibility.
  • Build strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online partners.
  • Oversee promotional activities, digital marketing campaigns, and PR events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong network in the hospitality and tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and goal-oriented.
