Rockford Marketing Corporation is seeking a talented and driven HR Head to join our team in our Tondo Manila City office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What will you do?
  1. Supervise the recruitment process
  2. Coordinate with HR personnel for promodiser concerns
  3. Monitor payroll and timekeeping
  4. Manage employee relations
  5. Create and enforce company rules and policies
  6. Monitor all probationary employees
  7. Update the master plantilla
  8. Submit mandatory government contributions
  9. Ensure Dole compliance
  10. Coordinate with suppliers for office supplies requisitions and requests
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Head, or equivalent role
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • Knowledge of Dole Rules and compliance
  • Familiarity with SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
