JOB DESCRIPTION: On-The-Job Trainee, in-charge of admin & recruitment of the company

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing the data and admin of the team in support of its operations such as but not limited to:

  1. Working on data needs that include production reports, incentive monitoring, training attendance, performance monitoring, and others as the need arises

  2. Completing timely reports on recruitment activities including attendance to the Build Your Business programs

  3. Sending communication i.e. emails, messages, newsletter to incoming agents for trainings, and adding them in the training loop

  4. Sorting of policy booklets, SOA, receipts, and other documents, and notifying the concerned agents for pick up

  5. Assist agents/recruits with requirements and administrative functions

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Abide by and perform to the best of his/her abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the COMPANY in due course.

  2. Comply with the orders, and instructions given from time to time by the COMPANY

  3. Shall not disclose confidential information in respect of the affairs of the COMPANY to any unauthorized person

  4. Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the COMPANY from time to time whether through direct written order or by oral assignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must have their own laptop.
  2. Must be able to report to the office at least three times a week.
  3. Must complete at least 300 hours of internship.

Allowance: With weekly allowance.

Job Types: Temporary, OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months
