The duties and responsibilities of the Business Development Representative are listed below and should be considered non-exhaustive:

  • Analyze cash receipts ensuring cash amounts are correctly allocated and applied to customer in SAP
  • Conduct outbound calls per day to potential customers within the assigned territory or industry.
  • Identify and qualify leads through phone conversations, assessing their high-level needs and pain points, and engaging offers
  • Schedule meetings or product demos with prospective clients for the sales team,
  • Maintain and update records of customer interactions and information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with t the s sales t team O develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and lead data.
  • Generate reports on pipeline status, conversion ratios, and client engagement.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients and move them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation strategies and targeted campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, and comfortable with outbound outreach and cold calling.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience Business Development Representative process for a global brand
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external customers, all management levels, team members and co-workers
  • Willing to work in night shift and amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
