Key Job Roles / Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

Assist in job ads posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.

Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.

Compensation & Benefits

Coordinate payroll-related data and ensure accuracy.

Manage benefits enrollment and explain benefits to employees.

Track leave balances, attendance, and overtime.

HR Administration

Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).

Organize employee files, contracts, and HR documents

Administrative Tasks

Provide administrative support in scheduling appointment, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining files and records.

Assist in navigating the requirements and processes of local government units (LGUs).

Handle the procurement process and ensure the company gets the right equipment at a good price.

Other Ad-hoc assistance

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • At least 1- 2 years of experience in HR management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
