Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare pre-employment requirements and assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
Employee Records and Documentation
- Maintain and update employee files, databases, and HRIS systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of personnel movements, contracts, and memos.
Compensation and Benefits Support
- Coordinate with payroll and accounting for attendance, leaves, and other pay-related matters.
- Process government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and assist employees with related inquiries.
Employee Relations and Communication
- Assist in organizing company events, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Help address employee inquiries and relay concerns to the HR Manager.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
