ABOUT THE ROLE

The HR Assistant / Company Nurse is responsible for providing healthcare services to employees, ensuring the efficient operation of the company clinic and supporting the HR Department in various HR administrative tasks, operations and services.

Health and Medical Services

  • Manages and monitors day-to-day operations of the company clinic, ensuring it is well-equipped, running efficiently, and maintains cleanliness of the area.
  • Provides quality healthcare services to employee.
  • Serves as assistance to company retained doctor.
  • Organizes annual medical exam and assists the selected applicants on their pre-employment medical examination.

HR Services

  • Assists the other HR Team in recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations if necessary.
  • Collaborates with HR Manager in processing and implementing the compensation and benefits including timekeeping, payroll, sales incentives, performance bonus, HMO, statutory benefits etc.
  • Provide accurate HR-related reports.
  • Aids maintaining the smooth day-to-day HR Operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS Nursing graduate
  • Must possess current PRC nursing license registration at time of application
  • Experience in any clinic setting for administration and nursing duties is required
  • HR-related roles such as HR Assistant or HR Generalist is a plus P
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Work Set up: On-site, Monday to Friday
  • Office Assignment - PAEC Head Office - Chino Roces, Makati City.
