Role Description

This position is located in FPIP Santo Tomas Batangas, Philippines. Looking for Quality leader for our state of art production units manufacturing cable harness and technical textile products. He/She will be responsible for successfully developing new products through advance quality planning and ensure consistent quality in serial production.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, compliance standards,APQP and PPAP requirements.
  • 15 years minimum experience as Quality Lead in automotive or similar industry.
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes to zero defect level.
  • Leadership capabilities and effective communication skills for team management and customer handling.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving 8D, attention to detail, and critical thinking is must.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T with hands on experience on inspection, testing.
  • Background in engineering, automotive industry experience and wiring harness manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.
