Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in software quality improvement for customer-facing websites and mobile applications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and processes.

Budget Range: SGD $500-$800/monthly

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in software quality improvement for customer-facing websites and mobile applications.
  • Work closely with the Business Analyst (BA) team to understand functional requirements and the Business Requirements Document (BRD).
  • Create functional test cases and test scenarios.
  • Perform functional and system testing to ensure high-quality software.
  • Identify and document all system errors, collaborating with BA, developers and designers to track and resolve issues.
  • Participating in customer and Agile/Scrum meetings (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) where necessary
  • Ensure all work meets customer expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information
  • Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a software quality assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of functional testing, system testing, and bug tracking methodologies.
  • Experience with quality testing tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
