Role Overview

We're looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Intern who's passionate about improving product reliability and user experience. You'll be working closely with our engineering and product team to test new and existing features across multiple environments, ensuring our system remains stable and intuitive for our clients. You'll also coordinate with internal teams to report bugs, verify fixes, and assist in documenting QA workflows.

This internship is remote, but work schedules may vary depending on assigned testing timelines and coordination with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing on new and existing features to identify issues and ensure consistent functionality.
  • Execute test cases and scenarios across multiple environments (e.g., staging, production).
  • Log, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies with clear reproduction steps.
  • Coordinate with product and engineering teams to verify and retest reported fixes.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to maintain high testing standards and documentation.
  • Assist in ensuring that updates and new releases maintain usability and reliability.
  • (Preferred) Support coordination between clients and internal teams to clarify product issues.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with supply chain workflows such as inventory, purchasing, or order management.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to follow structured testing processes.
  • Basic understanding of QA principles and manual testing tools.
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of supply chain, ERP, or business management systems.
