Quality Assurance Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Implement and monitor quality systems, policies, and procedures per company and regulatory standards.
  2. Conduct inspections and audits of materials, production, and operations to ensure compliance.
  3. Review and verify product and process documentation (inspection reports, test results, etc.).
  4. Identify and report nonconformities; recommend and monitor corrective actions (CAPA).
  5. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain product quality.
  6. Maintain quality records and reports for analysis and management review.
  7. Support supplier evaluations and ensure incoming materials meet specifications.
  8. Participate in audits, sampling, and testing activities.
  9. Train and guide staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  10. Support compliance with ISO and other quality management standards.
  11. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
  3. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
  4. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.
  7. Quality Assurance or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
