Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Develop, implement and manage quality control systems to ensure continuous production that meets established standards, and customer specification.
  • Testing and Inspections: Conduct routine inspections and quality tests on products, processes, and materials to verify compliance with industry and safety standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from quality testing to identify areas for improvement in the quality system and troubleshoot product or process failures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production and development teams to ensure quality standards are understood and integrated into all phases of production.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on quality assurance processes, tools, and standards to foster a quality-centric culture within the organization.
  • Documentation: Document and report any product quality issues, ensuring effective communication with relevant teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, conducting audits and assessments as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role in project management.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is preferred.
