Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist based in Makati City. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for developing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring quality standards and procedures to ensure that products and services meet company and regulatory standards. Core tasks include performing routine quality control checks, conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), and collaborating with team members to improve quality processes. The role will also involve preparing reports to track and improve overall quality performance.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance,
    Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)
    .
  • Knowledge of Quality Management principles.
  • Experience in performing Quality Auditing and related compliance processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • A bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous work experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule.
