Business Development Manager
to lead our growth initiatives across academic institutions, government partners, and the corporate sector.
This pivotal role will take over existing partnerships, drive new client acquisition, and play a key role in achieving our ambitious sales targets and market expansion goals.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Own and execute Techedify's business development strategy in alignment with company objectives
- Take the lead in crafting campaigns, partnerships, and market entry strategies to expand Techedify's footprint
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
- Represent Techedify at events, summits, expos, and high-level meetings
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Seamlessly take over ongoing partner relationships and projects
- Strengthen relationships with current partners from academe, government, and corporate sectors
- Oversee implementation of partner agreements, ensuring timely delivery and reporting
- Manage contracts, MOUs, and ensure compliance with partnership obligations
Business Growth & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Techedify's mission and offerings
- Build a strong pipeline of institutional clients and collaborators
- Close deals that result in sustainable value and long-term collaboration
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Serve as both a hands-on individual contributor and a team leader, ready to coach junior teammates or build out a high-performing business development team
- Collaborate with Product and Programs teams to align growth efforts with internal capacity and goals
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- Proven success in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership roles (preferably in EdTech or related industries)
- Familiarity with academic and government procurement or partnership models is a strong plus
- Ability to think strategically but also thrive in fast-paced, hands-on execution
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills
- Strong sense of accountability, self-leadership, and initiative
