Job Descriptions:

  • Process the renewal and monitoring of all business permits, licenses, registrations and accreditations.
  • Including but not limited to PCAB, BOC, SEC, DOLE, LGU's and other government agencies.
  • Monitoring and renewal of annual payment of staff security and government agencies.
  • Processing of regular payment and filing (SSS, Philhealth & Pag-ibig).
  • Process monthly Project comm & incentives.

Job Context:

The Regulatory Compliance Assistant supports the company in ensuring full compliance with all government rules, regulations and requirements related to its business operations and maintains its licenses and accreditations with government agencies such as PCAB, BOC, BIR, DOLE, and local government units (LGU's).

Competency:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Finance Management or related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in business permits processing or administrative work is an advantage. New graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Willing to render or process documents outside the office when required.
  • Honest and reliable.
  • Proactive in monitoring deadlines and changes in regulations.
  • Team player but able to work independently.
  • Tech savvy
