We are looking for an experienced ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to be assigned at our CAINTA "Samgyupsalamat" Branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations: Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving shift-related issues.
  • Team Supervision: Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to staff to maintain efficiency and service quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest experience by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high service standards.
  • Financial Assistance: Support in preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Coordinate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and assist in managing purchasing and inventory control.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement programs.
  • Compliance & Standards: Help enforce company policies, SOPs, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure consistent operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS HRM or any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • Effective leadership skills
