Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing accurate financial reports and statements, and providing insights to support management in decision-making. The role ensures compliance with accounting standards and helps maintain the company's financial health through effective monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance through variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct financial modeling and profitability analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Provide management with detailed financial reports and recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvement.
  • Assist in preparing reports for external audits and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather data for financial planning and analysis.
  • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA license is an advantage.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), and financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
