Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement food safety and quality assurance procedures and protocols to identify and mitigate potential quality issues
- Monitor production processes and conduct regular inspections to verify product quality and compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
- Analyze quality data and production records to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Train and supervise quality assurance personnel to maintain a high level of competence and attention to detail
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management system
- Handles and resolve any quality concerns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, BS Food Engineering or the same
- With 2-3 years work experience in a Supervisory level
- Knowledge in Food Safety regulations and practices
- With experience in food manufacturing, commissary, cold storage facility or warehouse is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Good analyzation and in problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in basic computer software
