JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and implement food safety and quality assurance procedures and protocols to identify and mitigate potential quality issues
  • Monitor production processes and conduct regular inspections to verify product quality and compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
  • Analyze quality data and production records to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Train and supervise quality assurance personnel to maintain a high level of competence and attention to detail
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management system
  • Handles and resolve any quality concerns

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, BS Food Engineering or the same
  • With 2-3 years work experience in a Supervisory level
  • Knowledge in Food Safety regulations and practices
  • With experience in food manufacturing, commissary, cold storage facility or warehouse is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • Good analyzation and in problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer software
