The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves leading warehouse personnel, coordinating logistics activities, and maintaining accurate documentation to support overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of driving productivity and fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff, ensuring effective task delegation and performance monitoring.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to streamline warehouse operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and staffing metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
