Virtual Back-Office Assistant for Pain Management Institute
We are seeking a proficient and experienced Virtual Back-Office Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update documents using Google Suite.
- Make and receive calls with patients, ensuring excellent communication and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and accurately.
- Confirm appointments and handle cancellations or rescheduling.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with calling patients and handling sensitive information.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in customer service or in a similar role or related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
