Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team as a Virtual Assistant – Finance / Back Office. This role involves handling back-office operations, employee onboarding, document organization, and preparing presentations. The right candidate will bring advanced Excel skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting daily operations.
Must Have:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage folders, client records, and locate documents efficiently
- High level of English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Professional and reliable work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Manage back-office operations, including document organization and client records
- Handle onboarding processes for new employees
- Prepare presentations and organize relevant information for internal use
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting using Excel and other tools
- Take initiative to improve processes and provide practical solutions
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs
Plus to Have:
- Background in finance, statistics, or data-related fields
- Technical skills or experience in data analysis
- Experience creating reports, charts, and dashboards in Excel
- Prior experience in office management or administrative roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
