Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Marketing Operation Manager. The role involves managing and improving marketing processes to enhance efficiency and business growth. Daily tasks include overseeing campaign implementation, data analysis, resource allocation, and collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth marketing operations. The Marketing Operation Manager is responsible for driving innovative solutions and aligning marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing strategies and execution
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Campaign Management, and optimizing business processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to achieve company goals
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Proven experience in marketing operations or a related role
