Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (US EST hours overlap preferred)

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Remote Operations & Client Manager to help oversee daily operations for a U.S.-based landscaping business.

You'll coordinate between the field team (foreman & crews) and our clients, manage scheduling, prepare photo reports, handle invoicing, and ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

You'll also be responsible for optimising the processes to ensure time & cost efficiency using automation and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via email or phone (updates, schedules, feedback).
  • Coordinate daily routes and tasks with the on-site foreman.
  • Collect and organize site photos, create simple monthly progress reports.
  • Prepare invoices and track payments.
  • Handle small add-on quotes (mulching, trimming, etc.).
  • Keep records, contracts, and schedules organized in Google Drive / CRM.
  • Support management with basic reporting and data entry.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in remote admin, operations, or customer service.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and communication tools (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.).
  • Reliable internet and home office setup.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience with service businesses (landscaping, cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Jobber, LMN, or other scheduling software.
