About the Role – Marketing Operations Associate

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to support our Marketing and Finance teams in managing contractor expenses, tracking corporate spending, and contributing to budget planning.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate expense records across all marketing vendors and contractors.
  • Collect, verify, and organize receipts and transaction data from corporate cards.
  • Support onboarding and contracting of new marketing vendors, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
  • Assist in marketing budget planning and tracking, providing timely data for monthly budget reviews.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, marketing finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with marketing teams or agencies is a plus.
