HIRING: Fleet and Logistics Manager

We are a fast-growing construction company seeking a highly skilled and proactive Fleet and Logistics Manager to oversee our fleet operations, logistics, and equipment management. This is a key leadership role ensuring that our vehicles, heavy equipment, and transport operations run safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the company's fleet operations, including preventive maintenance, repair scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise vehicle and heavy equipment utilization to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Oversee logistics planning for construction projects, including transport scheduling, delivery coordination, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement fleet policies, safety standards, and cost-control measures.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, repairs, and maintenance costs to ensure budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Manage and mentor a team of drivers, mechanics, and logistics staff.
  • Proven ability to manage teams of 20-30 staff members including drivers, mechanics, and logistics coordinators.
  • Ensure compliance with government transport regulations and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (mandatory).
  • Valid driver's license and fleet management certification preferred
  • Proven work experience (at least 5 years) in fleet and logistics management, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance, logistics planning, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in fleet management systems and logistics software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing construction vehicles including excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, and concrete mixers, various heavy equipment
  • Knowledge of Philippine Department of Transportation regulations and Land Transportation Office requirements
