Job Description:

·Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

·Act as a liaison among the providers, the management and various hospital departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve inter-departmental issues.

·Conduct regular outreach visits, meetings, and presentations to current and prospective providers to foster strong relationships and promote hospital services.

·Ensure all provider relations activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

·Generate reports on provider engagement activities, headcount, contracts management and key performance indicators.

·Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in provider relations.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field. Master's degree is a plus.

·With at least 3 years of experience in provider/client relations, medical sales, account management, or a similar role within a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, HMO, pharmaceutical company)

·Preferably, has knowledge/understanding of the Philippine healthcare system such as in operations and familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.

·Proven track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

·Has exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills (both verbally and in writing)

·Ability to address sensitive issues and find mutually beneficial solutions.

·Excellent organizational and time management skills

·Good analytical skills

·A genuine desire to serve and support healthcare providers.
