Responsibilities:
  • Prepares delivery schedules based on forecasted volume.
  • Coordinates with all Account Officers regarding delivery schedules and necessary customer documentation.
  • Collaborates with other Logistics Coordinators on logistical requirements, and with Platform Officers and Technicians on delivery plan implementation and stock management.
  • Oversees and manages site logistics activities including loading at customer sites, transport, shipping, and external warehousing.
  • Monitors adherence of internal and third-party fleets to logistics plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and company requirements on transport, environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Monitors inventory status (actual and SAP) and coordinates necessary adjustments with concerned personnel. Controls issuance of delivery authorizations to prevent unauthorized shipments.
  • Plans and implements maintenance and improvement programs for fleet or facility to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Develops, strategizes, and manages customer-focused and cost-effective logistical solutions.
Requirements:
  • Must be a college graduate with a degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related Engineering/Business courses.
  • Must have at least two (2) years of experience in fleet management.
  • Familiarity with environmental transport policies or compliance standards is an advantage.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
