Company Driver

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Driver at Skyline Hospital and Medical Center located in Bulacan. Drivers perform duties and coordinate and update to the **Head of Safety and Security / Facilities and Premises**.

Qualifications

-Assist and facilitate the parking of patients' and doctors' vehicles within the hospital premises.

-Facilitate shuttle of patients/guests from Gate 03 main parking going to the main lobby and vice versa.

-Facilitate/make sure that trip tickets are properly signed prior to dispatch of vehicle.

-Perform and apply FITCAL (Feel, Inspect, Tighten, Calibrate, Accelerate, Lubricate) and BLOWBAGETS (Battery, Lights, Oil, Water, Brakes, Air, Gas, Engine, Tires, Self) before and after vehicle travel.

Requirements

-Must follow and comply with all traffic rules and regulations.

-Ensure safe transport of materials and employees to designated areas.

-Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles at all times (inside and outside).

-Report any instance of mishap/accident to immediate superior.

-Perform periodic maintenance on company vehicles in a timely manner.

-Safely handle travel documents and submit them weekly.

-Dress professionally and in accordance with company dress code.

-Perform other functions necessary for the achievement of the company's mission, vision, and goals.

Skills

-*Excellent driving skills and familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions.*

-Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

-*Strong attention to detail and safety practices.*

-*Ability to remain calm in emergencies and under pressure.*

-*Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially with patients and medical staff.*

-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely

-Dependability and strong sense of responsibility.

-Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures is a plus

-Time management and punctuality.

-Professional appearance and demeanor.
