Qualification:
BASE OFFICE: FORD COMMONWEALTH
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years experience in automotive sales, corporate account management, or fleet operations. Familiarity with fleet sales programs, bidding processes and leasing companies.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills (for dealing with corporate clients). Strong presentation skills for product demos and proposals.Computer literate. Ability to prepare fleet proposals, quotations, and sales reports. Knowledgeable in vehicle specifications and competitive models.
- Personal Attributes: Professional appearance and confident demeanor. Customer-service oriented. Persistent, organized, and results-driven. Able to work independently and handle multiple accounts.
- Licenses / Other Requirements: Valid driver's license (restriction 1 or 2). Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork / client visits.
