Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligning with organizational goals.

Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.

Recommend training and development based on data gathered from KPI or score cards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related course.

At least 2-3 years of working experience in Organizational and Development.

Must have experience creating job descriptions.
