Job Description:

Training Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and expertise of our workforce. In this full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila, you will design and deliver impactful training programs that drive professional development and enhance the capabilities of our team.

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Develop specialized training programs for collections teams, focusing on effective debt recovery techniques, negotiation skills, and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Facilitate structured onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with department heads to create targeted training programs.
  • Work closely with HR, compliance, and operations teams to align training initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or learning & development role, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and design impactful solutions
  • Proficient in using training delivery tools and technologies such as LMS platforms, authoring tools and video conferencing
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
