Looking for an exciting customer service role in a dynamic ecommerce environment? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Non Voice. In this full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Utilising your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will be responsible for handling various customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat and other non-voice channels in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  3. Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
  4. Process customer orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed
  6. Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions
  7. Continuously learn about our products and services to better assist customers

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or ecommerce role
  2. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  7. Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and processes is a plus
