About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Training Assistant to join our dynamic team at Niuprofessional Inc. . In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our comprehensive training programmes for clients across the Metro Manila region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and success of our employees and clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the coordination and execution of training sessions, workshops and onboarding programmes
  2. Prepare training materials, resources and equipment to ensure seamless delivery of training events
  3. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, booking venues and managing participant registrations
  4. Monitor and report on training attendance, feedback and outcomes
  5. Collaborate with the training team to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to our training offerings
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external training participants

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the Human Resources or Recruitment industry
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with training administration software
  5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training support
  6. Enthusiastic and proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development
