We are urgently seeking a talented Financial Account Associate to join our dynamic team.

As a Financial Account Associate, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of our range of financial services. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and providing tailored solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end client account lifecycle, including onboarding, account maintenance, and relationship-building
  • Analyse client financial data and provide insights to improve their financial well-being
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new financial products and services
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training to continuously enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar financial account management or client-facing role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively liaise with clients
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis software
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements within the banking and financial services industry
