Join our dynamic team as an Ecommerce Account Representative (NON-VOICE) at TalentSync Training and Development, based in Taguig City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our ecommerce clients, helping to drive their online sales and success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and orders via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  3. Provide product information, shipping updates, and resolve any customer issues
  4. Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team members
  5. Collaborate with the ecommerce team to implement strategies that enhance the customer experience
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of ecommerce processes and procedures

  2. Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  4. Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
