Job Summary:

The Content Operations Supervisor oversees the daily workflow of content production, publication, and optimization across multiple platforms. This role ensures that all content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines while coordinating between creative, marketing, and technical teams. The supervisor is responsible for managing content schedules, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the end-to-end content operations process — from planning, creation, editing, and approval to publishing.
  • Manage and support a team of content specialists, writers, editors, and multimedia producers.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, SEO, and social media teams to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars, workflows, and publishing timelines.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements for engagement and efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize content management systems (CMS) and ensure accurate tagging, metadata, and version control.
  • Review and enforce editorial standards, tone, and brand voice across all content.
  • Track productivity, workflow issues, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to content team members.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate content metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management, production, or operations; at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of digital content workflows and publishing platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
