Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise daily operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, providing insights to drive improvements and increase productivity.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process enhancement, implementing best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations or supervisory role, preferably in the clothing/apparel industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with team members and stakeholders.
