Operations Supervisor (Healthcare)

Location: EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong | Onsite, Night Shift

Salary: Up to PHP 35,000 (flexible for qualified candidates)

About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor (Healthcare) with strong BPO and healthcare account experience to lead and support a customer service team. The role focuses on Billing, Medical Claims, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) while ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will:

Lead and manage a customer service team handling healthcare-related inquiries.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring performance metrics and service levels are met.

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to frontline staff.

Manage escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.

Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily team operations in a call center environment.

Provide both technical and non-technical customer support across multiple channels (phone, chat, etc.).

Ensure accurate resolution of billing and claims-related issues.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (production, distribution, etc.).

Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement action plans.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience managing teams in a BPO setting.

At least 1 year of Billing, Medical Claims, or RCM experience.

Minimum 1 year of overall BPO experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work onsite on night shifts.
