About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor at CLOUD Soft Treats, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, consistent product quality, and excellent customer service. You will oversee multiple branches, supervise staff, and implement operational improvements while ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.


Duties & Responsibilities

Store Operations & Process Management

  • Supervise daily store operations across assigned branches to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Implement and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance in all branches.
  • Conduct regular store audits to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.

Staff Leadership & Development

  • Lead, train, and motivate Team Leaders and store staff to deliver high-quality service.
  • Prepare staff schedules and assign responsibilities to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to drive staff development.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work culture.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure frozen yogurt and toppings meet CLOUD Soft Treats' quality standards for consistency, taste, and presentation.
  • Oversee compliance with food safety, sanitation, labor laws, and mall regulations.
  • Document quality assurance checks and report any issues with corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer concerns.
  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives in-store.
  • Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements in operations and products.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, quality checks, and staff performance.
  • Submit regular reports to management on store operations and issues.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or operations experience in the food & beverage or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; customer-service oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; POS and inventory systems knowledge a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to store branches and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
