Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven E-Commerce Operations Supervisor to support our fast-scaling online business. You will play a key role in overseeing customer service, managing orders, coordinating inventory, and streamlining back-office processes to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and social media with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges using Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Oversee supplier coordination and monitor stock levels to maintain product availability.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Google Sheets and Excel (essential).
  • Support the creation and editing of marketing assets in Canva (preferred).
  • Identify process improvements and implement systems for efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay adaptable to new tools, workflows, and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Shopify experience (required).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (required).
  • Experience leveraging ChatGPT for productivity.
  • Exceptional written communication in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of shipping coordination and inventory management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage operations independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ShipStation.
  • Basic Canva design skills.
  • Prior experience in a DTC (direct-to-consumer) business.
