Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee product stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest technology trends and innovations. Analyze competitor offerings to keep our product range competitive.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with technology suppliers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and product availability.
  • Sales and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns for tech products. Analyze sales performance to optimize product offerings.
  • Customer Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand preferences and pain points. Use insights to refine product selection and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and sales metrics. Make data-driven decisions to improve product mix and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Math, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of tech products and trends, including hardware, software, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
