Sales Coordinator's main responsibility is to manage sales orders in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Service

1. Answers customer (both internal and external) queries regarding prices, stocks, delivery, etc.

2. Relays and coordinates pertinent information to customers and all departments: Admin, Finance, Operations and Sales to ensure quality service

3. Receives and handles customer complaints for immediate action

Sales Order

1. Receives and processes sales orders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

2. Monitors and ensures completion of customer orders to facilitate billing of goods

Sales Support

1. Supports sales promotional programs

2. Prepares sales report for principals: 3M, BD and J&J.

3. Prepares status report of contract deals

4. Prepares balance to sell on contracts/NOA or any other deals.

5. Checks Return Goods Authorization Form and coordinates subsequent action.

Sales Coordination

1. Maintains and updates Unsettled Consolidated Sales Orders and Picklist Report

2. Ensures that goods are in good condition and in accordance with the customers' specifications before releasing/dispatching

3. Answers customer (both internal and external) queries regarding sales order, purchase order status

4. Coordinates pertinent information to all departments: Finance, Operations and Sales to ensure immediate action and quality service

5. Receives, records and handles customer complaints related to delivery

6. Maintains good relationship with internal and external customers

7. Receives and processes sales orders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers

8. Reconciles all advance deliveries and settles any incomplete deliveries

Finance

1. Updates clients price lists in the system

2. Provides support to Finance on Contract copies, retention and other documents approved by Operations Manager

Administration & Quality Assurance

1. Records all non-conformances in system/non system transactions

2. Others as assigned thereto

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College Degree
  • With at least one-year experience in Customer Service and Sales Coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
