About the Role

This is a
Taguig-based, 100% onsite
role requiring a hands-on IT Manager who can lead infrastructure operations, manage enterprise tools, and support internal users and stakeholders with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations for the Taguig site
  • Lead incident response and service delivery aligned with ITIL/ITSM standards
  • Oversee enterprise systems, network architecture, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
  • Administer tools like Microsoft 365, Zscaler, Intune, and other enterprise platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for support and upgrades
  • Mentor and supervise IT staff and ensure compliance with security protocols

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years in IT Infrastructure & Operations, preferably in BPO/MNC settings
  • 3+ years in an IT managerial or leadership role
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
  • Enterprise systems and network architecture
  • Tools exposure: Microsoft 365, Zscaler, Intune
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and ITIL framework
  • Experience managing local site IT operations in a BPO environment
  • Willing to work midshift or nightshift (depending on business needs)
  • Open to 100% onsite work in Taguig
