Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Information Technology located in Metro Manila. The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, managing IT strategy, and ensuring the efficient functioning of IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the IT team, setting and implementing IT policies, and coordinating with other departments to support their technological needs and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Information Technology, IT Operations, and IT Management
  • Experience in developing and executing IT Strategy and managing IT projects
  • Proficiency in managing IT Infrastructure and ensuring its security and reliability
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the coffee or retail industry is a plus
