As we continue to expand, our Manila office serves as one of our two global design hubs—playing a critical role in supporting projects across multiple regions. Our Finance Team is integral to this success, ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and compliance across all entities.

Role Overview

The Finance Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing financial tasks in accordance with local reporting requirements while ensuring alignment with group-level standards. Working closely with the local and Group Finance Teams and the CFO, this role supports the smooth running of financial operations and ensures the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting or Finance, has solid experience in financial accounting, and is capable of managing finance systems, overseeing project-related financials, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This role also encourages process improvement and the adoption of best practices to strengthen the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer account entries, financial documents, payments, and overall financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other statutory or management reports.
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support monthly financial closing activities, including adjustments for prepayments, accruals, and depreciation.
  • Prepare and upload both external and intercompany invoices promptly.
  • Liaise with local authorities and statutory auditors to ensure compliance and timely filing of returns.
  • Support the Group Finance Team in preparing reports for lenders and private equity stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external consultants to ensure timely filing of VAT and tax returns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting and finance.
  • CPA qualification preferred.
  • Experience in handling VAT and tax matters for UK or European businesses is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365).
  • Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with global teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
