Position Overview

The Finance and Executive Support Officer is responsible for managing the company's financial records, and day-to-day accounting functions while also providing administrative and executive assistance to management. This dual role requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to balance critical financial deadlines with executive support responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities Finance & Accounting

● Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.

● Handle accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and expense tracking.

● Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

● Ensure timely compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.

● Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies.

● Process payroll and maintain related employee financial records.

Executive & Administrative Support

● Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.

● Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

● Assist in organizing company events, client meetings, and team activities.

● Prepare board documents, minutes, and maintain confidential files.

● Provide operational support to other departments as assigned by the CEO & COO.

● Contribution to efficiency and smooth company operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
