Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for finance executives.
  • Conduct basic research and gather information for decision-making.
  • Assist in financial record-keeping, including preparing reports, maintaining budgets, and supporting month-end closing activities.
  • Support accounting tasks such as supporting compliance, preparing balance sheets, and processing invoices.
  • Monitor and track expenses, analyze financial data, and generate reports for management.
  • Perform basic data analysis and research tasks, especially for new projects or strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for financial documentation and information.
  • Support ad hoc administrative duties, including file management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial and administrative information.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage both professional and personal tasks without constant oversight.
  • Basic research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data.
  • Emotional resilience, with the ability to handle constructive criticism and not take things personally when faced with frustration or high-pressure situations.

  • Ability to represent the executive in both business and personal matters when needed.
  • Flexibility and willingness to handle both office work and personal errands.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
  • A positive attitude, with a focus on problem-solving and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research to gather information on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. This information can be valuable for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Advertising Support: Providing support for advertising initiatives such as creating ad copy, coordinating with advertising agencies or vendors, and monitoring ad performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This may involve generating reports, identifying trends, and making recommendations for optimization.
  • Market Communication: Serving as a point of contact for marketing-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, external partners, or customers. This could involve responding to inquiries, forwarding messages to the appropriate parties, and ensuring timely follow-up.
