Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team handling front office operations for both chat and voice interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols, punctuality, and service standards.
  • Oversee corporate travel services, ensuring accurate bookings and smooth processes.
  • Mentor and train team members to achieve performance goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve escalations and improve processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel processes and nuances.
  • Proficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus) and knowledge of NDC (preferred).
  • Previous experience with a Global Travel Management Company (TMC) is a plus.
  • Proven team management experience in a travel or front-office environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift setup.
