We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and driven Travel Associate to join our dynamic team willing to work in our new office in SM NORTH Edsa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget.
  • Trip Planning & Booking: Handle all enquiries from start to finish.
  • Sales & Upselling: Utilize your strong sales abilities to promote additional services and upgrade options, helping clients enhance their travel experience while increasing agency revenue.
  • Customer Support: Provide proactive and responsive customer service before, during, and after the trip, ensuring any issues are swiftly resolved and clients have a seamless experience.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients by offering ongoing travel support and personalized recommendations for future trips.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, promotions, and industry changes to offer clients the best options.
  • Attention to Detail: Review all travel documents, itineraries, and bookings for accuracy, ensuring all details are correct and that clients have a smooth, worry-free travel experience.
